Yes, the Sympla platform has the "International Payment" option at checkout, allowing the use of credit cards issued abroad in a practical way.

Yes. Credit card purchases can be paid in full or in installments. In installment purchases, each installment must have a minimum value of R$ 5.00 and the Sympla platform charges an interest rate of 3.49% per month, for any number of installments.

We inform that the Sympla platform acts exclusively as a transaction intermediary and does not issue purchase receipts for participants, but you will receive a confirmation email of the purchase. If necessary, Lallemand may issue a simple receipt, upon request, stating the amount paid by the participant for the registration.

How to request: Send an email to marketinglbds@lallemand.com. The email subject must contain [RECEIPT REGISTRATION BFA 2026] - Your Full Name and in the email body the buyer's data, which must be the same as the registrant's data. It is not authorized to issue a receipt in the name of third parties.

What will be contained in the receipt: The document will inform the corporate name and CNPJ of Lallemand, the buyer's name, the event data and the total amount paid, making it clear the amount referring to Lallemand and the amount paid to the Sympla platform. We inform that fees related to the charging of interest on installment payments or any other fee will not be included in the requested receipt.

If you received a discount coupon, just apply it at the time of payment on the Sympla platform.

Yes. As soon as your payment is approved by the system, you will receive an automatic email from Sympla containing your ticket attached (PDF).
