José Antônio is a Chemical Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the agro-industrial sector, specializing in biofuels and distilled beverages with a focus on fermentation and distillation, with experience in laboratory functions, consulting, engineering, and plant management. He currently serves as LATAM Technical Manager in biofuel plants (corn and sugarcane) and also in distilled beverages (vodka, rum, cachaça, whiskey, tequila, among others).
