A biotechnology professional with over thirty years of experience in the enzyme and yeast segment for cereal ethanol production. Eder holds a degree in Biochemical Pharmacy from UFPR (Federal University of Paraná), with postgraduate studies in Biotechnology from PUC-PR (Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná) and in Natural Products Chemistry from UFPR, as well as an MBA in Data Science from FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração, São Paulo). For the past 18 years, he has provided technical services for ethanol production from corn, focusing on optimizing fermentation processes, including the application of statistical techniques and data analysis. Currently, Eder is a consultant in technical services for LBDS Brazil.
